As a child, Eugen was an intelligent and curious boy, carefully observing people and things around him, always interested in understanding the patterns – what life is, how everything works and the reasons behind it. Identifying ways to understand these patterns in a simple and effective way and improve them has become a focus area and a challenge.

He taught himself programming in high school and started working in IT since he was a first-year student at the Faculty of Computer Science. The passion and strong desire to become a professional in the field of information technology led him to embrace a process of continuous development that, in time, turned into a mindset and a way of being. Eugen also holds a Master's degree in Business Informatics and is currently involved in a PhD program in Management.

In the early part of his career, he had the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world and understand the pros and cons of small, medium and large companies. In 2013 he decided to put together all the good things he had learned, along with what he wanted to improve, and started building a place where everything is based on authentic principles and values, where people feel inspired, safety and creative, being the best at what they do, generating abundance for themselves and those around them, and doing their work with joy and enthusiasm.

In the last 17 years, Eugen has been involved in building high-performing teams, developed several companies (in fields such as technology, marketing, sales, business consulting, etc.) and supported dozens of other entrepreneurs to develop and strengthen their businesses, as part of his consulting services. His coaching sessions, masterclasses and presentations give him the opportunity to inspire people to greatness and become authentic leaders.
